PURCHASE POLICY

By making any purchase from Ziggy Feet Pte Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “ZiggyFeet”), you are agreeing to the terms and conditions displayed on this page.

ZiggyFeet reserves the right to refuse any purchases made by you, in their sole and absolute discretion.

When making a purchase, you are confirming that all details that are provided by you are accurate, and that you have the authorisation to use the credit/debit card to make the purchase.

SCHEDULING POLICY

ZiggyFeet reserves the right to change/replace the instructor(s) of any scheduled class.
ZiggyFeet reserves the right to change/replace any scheduled class in their sole and absolute discretion.

ASSESSMENT POLICY

By making any purchase from ZiggyFeet, your dance level is subject to the assessment of ZiggyFeet based on their class syllabus (hereinafter known as “ZF Programme”). ZiggyFeet reserves the right to disallow you from booking or attending classes that you do not meet the minimum level for according to the ZF Programme.

Booking and attending such a class can be allowed at the discretion of the instructor(s) of said class, however it does not grant access to all other classes of the same level.

CANCELLATION POLICY

By making any purchase from ZiggyFeet, you are to understand that on rare occasions, class(es) may be cancelled at ZiggyFeet’s discretion without ample notice. In such cases, you will be reimbursed in Dance Credits per cancelled class.

You will be reimbursed of your consumed Dance Credit(s) if you cancel your bookings via the ZiggyFeet application (hereinafter referred to as “App”) more than 24 hours from the commencement of said class.

There will be no reimbursement for cancellation of booking(s) via the App within less than 24 hours from the commencement of any class (hereinafter referred to as “Late Cancellation”). If you are facing technical difficulties with the App, you are to notify ZiggyFeet of your intention to cancel your booking(s) via other means of contact, in which failure to do so 24 hours before the commencement of the class will result in no reimbursement.

For trial classes, you are allowed to reschedule your reserved slot to another trial class of a different date with the following conditions (otherwise equivalent to a Late Cancellation):

You have previously rescheduled your reserved slot for a trial class not more than ONE (1) time.
You must notify ZiggyFeet more than 24 hours from the commencement of the trial class that you have reserved your slot for.

Missed classes, where you have booked a class but failed to attend in person, are equivalent to Late Cancellations.

REFUND POLICY

All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

However, refunds can be processed at ZiggyFeet’s discretion for the following scenarios with documented proof:

You have sustained an illness or injury that prevents you from participating in dance classes for more than one (1) year.
You need to be relocated back to your country of residence, or another country, indefinitely or permanently.

In the above-mentioned scenarios, the refund amount, together with an administration fee of no less than 10% of said amount, will be equivalent to your membership fee divided by your membership duration in months, then multiplied by the remaining number of months rounded down, OR equivalent to the number of remaining Dance Credits not consumed, whichever is applicable.

EXTENSION POLICY

Extension of validity of membership and/or Dance Credits can be processed at ZiggyFeet’s discretion for the following scenarios with documented proof:

You have sustained an illness or injury that prevents you from participating in dance classes for more than one (1) month.
You need to be relocated back to your country of residence, or another country, for more than one (1) month.

In the above-mentioned scenarios, the duration of validity extension will be equivalent to the duration of your absence of participation.
